Our mentors come from all walks of life. We ask for a commitment of 12 months and the availability to meet with your mentee for at least 4 hours per month in the first 6 months.
This is not a traditional, professional mentoring role that requires the mentor and mentee to share a similar set of knowledge and experiences. Instead, our mentors build relationships structured around interpersonal skills and communication.
Graduates will have experienced, or will be experiencing, homelessness, but are actively seeking paid employment. The support that they receive from their mentors is invaluable and has a positive impact on their lives.
