The Impact Assessment

Whatever your role at adidas, your actions as a leader will have an IMPACT on the business.

The Impact Assessment gives you an opportunity to assess how much you think you have developed as a leader since the beginning of MDE, and to reflect on what you need to do now, to continue to make an impact in your daily leadership role – and to further improve your performance.

During the assessment you will look back at your experiences during Mindset and Practice and look ahead to Performance and your continued leadership development.

Specifically, during the assessment you will focus on two things:

  1. To what extent you have been demonstrating a Growth Mindset in your daily leadership role (Part 1)
  2. To what extent you have been developing and deliberately practicing the 9 MDE Leadership Framework Behaviors in your daily leadership role (Part 2)

At the end of the assessment, you will choose two-three MDE Leadership Framework Behaviors to focus on during the Performance Experience and in your continued leadership development – and to help you to make a greater impact in the business.

After the assessment, you will arrange a one-to-one meeting with your Line Manager to discuss your results and to help give you direction for your Performance Challenge and your continued leadership development. We have provided a list of Reflection Questions at the end of the assessment, to help to guide you in this meeting.
